Squats!!

This post is a day late, my internet still sucks at home, but thats gonna be fixed next week!
Yesterday was The first day of my 28 week training plan to reach my first meet and hopefully put up some good numbers.
To start it all off was a light day of high bar squats.
Warm up:
Goblet squats 30x3x8
Posterior ankle glide with knee bend using medium band 2x8
Lacrosse ball rollout for bottom of foot 2x30sec each foot
Back mobility exercise, video coming. 3x3-5 each side
Baby makers 2x6 with a 3-5 second hold in bottom position
Workout:
High bar squats 170x2x12, 185x2x10
Leg Press 315x3x12
SLDL 140x3x10
Decided to give my new Inzer belt a go this workout, to see how it felt. It felt great, until it started digging into my hips and ribs at the same time in the bottom position, most of my squats from the day were a tad bit high, but they'll be at depth once I really get used to the belt. Other than the light stabbing, the belt felt amazing, it made the weights feel very very light, and I believe that with the use of the belt, there will be some pretty good PR to come once i hit my strength phases, as well as my meet.
Body weight today was at 183.5lbs, In the next 16 weeks I plan to gain between 6.5-11.5lbs.
