This is that section about me... Wooo

My name is Logan Thebault. Lucky you, you get to learn about my life and why I started a blog. 

 

This blog is to record all of my workouts, where I make changes, and why I do what i'm doing. I will also be posting how I eat, spoiler! it's boring. There will also be posts I make on equipment I buy, use, what I think is useful, and why. Oh and there will also be some book reviews here and there for those of you who are interested and have read this far.

 

Little more on my background in this whole fitness thing. I started going to the gym in grade 9 when I started fencing, the sport where you stab people with a pointy stick, not the thing dividing you and your neighbor. I had no idea what I was doing, so naturally I did everything. Lets fast forward through the crap, went to St. Francis Xavier University for a year, bought some training books, Wooo. After that I attended St. Lawrence College and graduated from Fitness and Health Promotions with a diploma and a little bit of knowledge. After that I fucked around at University of Ottawa, and then the Commercial Diving Acadmy graduated after 5 months of training with a fancy cert and some cool stories. I've met some pretty amazing people and done some cool thing already, and I know I'll meet more and do more, after all i I've got shit loads (thats a scientific measurment) to learn, places to go, and people to meet, and this blog is for me to post about it, and everything that comes along with the journey.
