Pressing of The Shoulder Variety

This one is another backloged entry from December 31, 2015.

Last workout of 2015, felt pretty good all around.

Shoulders have been slowly feeling better and better with all pressing movements which is pretty damn awesome!!

The warm up:

Face Pulls 2x8

Some arm circles

Hugged myself a bit, makes me feel good!

Shoulder press with an empty bar 2x8

The Workout:

Shoulder Press 95x3x8

Dips 10lbs x 10,10,10,10,10

Snatch Grip Bent Over Rows 125x10,10,10,10,10

Tricep Pushdown 80x12,12,12,12,12

Snatch Grip High Pull 95x8,8,8,8,8

I try to fit in a lot of pulling movements into my workouts, and I find since i've started doing that, my shoulder pain has become less and less, and all of my movements are much stronger.
