Little back log here from not having any internet at home, and not being able to venture out of my house because my little car couldn't make it up my hill.
Deadlifts on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. They felt pretty good, just had a little case of stiff hips, and bitch grip, other than that it was good.
The warmup:
Goblet squats 2x8 to help with my hips
Split Squats 2x8 to help with my hips and quads
A stretch that I dont know how to describe, but ill get a video of it up on Monday. 3x3 each side
And just some general hip things to warm and get moving.
The workout:
Sumo Deadlift: 270(72.5%) x 3 x 8
SLDL: 135 x 10,10,10,10,10
Step Ups: 70 x 10,10,10,10,10
Rolling Rolls: 75 x 10,10,10,10,10
