Today was a Bench day. 72.5% (140) x 3 x 8. Again really working on dialing in my form now with a lower max to work with for my numbers. I changed my grip width recently to see if a wider grip will help with my shoulder pain. and so far it has helped more than I would have ever though! My previous grip was with my pinky finger on the outside rings, and now I place the ring between my ring and middle fingers. the change has made moving the weight easier, and more consistent.
Warm up.
Band pull aparts 3x8 just to get my shoulders warm and happy
lateral raises with a light weight 3x8 again to get my shoulders warm, I find that my shoulders take a long time to warm up
Bench with empty bar 2x5. Reps are slow, really focusing on pulling the bar down and keeping tight
Workout.

DB Flys: 40x5x10
Pullups: 10,10,10,8,8
BB Skull Crushers: 60x5x11
Snatch Grip High Pulls: 95x8,8,8,6,6
